A 50-minute strength class built on the foundations your body actually uses every day — pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, lunging. We slow things down, load you up, and give you time under tension. This isn't about complicated choreography or trying to remember which limb goes where. The shapes are familiar, the focus is on doing them well, with control, and gradually getting stronger. Expect a mix of reformer and weights-based work, controlled effort over flashy movement, and an instructor who'll meet you wherever you're at. Modifications and progressions are always on offer, so you can work to your own level and walk out feeling genuinely stronger.
