Barre (Open Level)
Don't be intimidated by all those squat pulses. Barre focuses on mobility, cardio and strength training, rather than perfect dance technique. In this 50-minute session, you’ll use the barre and other props to target key muscle groups, enhance your posture, and improve your overall fitness. Think high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance to work your muscles to near fatigue (this is a good thing, we promise!). Knock out playlists will keep you motivated and you'll leave feeling like every tiny muscle in your core, butt, arms, and legs has been put to the test.
