Bel is a Pilates Instructor who is committed to using Pilates and movement as a tool for rehabilitation and helping to create efficient movement patterns to reduce and eliminate pain, build strength and resilience in the body and to help people be the best they can be.

Belinda's beautiful gentle nature and ability to make you feel at ease will have you instantly settling into your first class. Bel will guide you through Pilates exercises and provide ongoing feedback that will spark your joy in movement.
